NEWLY DIAGNOSEDNewly
Diagnosed
Perhaps you have found yourself recently diagnosed with lupus.
If you are like me, you have probably been frantically searching the internet for details on prognosis, treatment,
medications and the like. To regain perspective, take a deep breath and understand that the most important
thing you can do in living well with lupus, is to find out what you need to do to take care of yourself.
Stress may have been a precursor to getting your official diagnosis and it certainly does nothing
to help you move toward adapting to a life with lupus. I found this article with great tips on where to start in terms of managing your precious energy and avoiding becoming overwhelmed
with "what if's" about your future.
Please email me with any helpful resources you have found that might be helpful for person newly diagnosed.
