Dusting off The Purpose Driven Life I noticed a layer of dust collecting on one of the books I feel has made a significant impact on me and my faith.
The Purpose Driven Life, written by Rick Warren is a must read for a number of reasons. For me, it was a great
reminder of Biblical truths I have hung my hat on for years. Beyond that, it was a book I bought for others who were
curious about God, Christianity and their purpose in life. It speaks to a wide audience and really is timeless.
That is why I am dusting it off today, and putting it near my bedside for a fresh look. Its been years since I read it, and
my faith is obviously at a different place than it was when I first read it. I am looking forward to it speaking to
me in a new way. After being diagnosed with lupus life looks different...you wouldn't think my life's purpose
would change just because I now live with a chronic illness--- do you? It will be interesting to find out what, if anything
strikes a cord with me that hasn't in the past. Dusting off my purpose, that is the mission for my immediate future.

Critique Christian Social Networking Sites Greetings! I
am wondering if anyone has been to any of these sites, and what their “take” is on their content and usability.
The website www.Shoutlife.com has some 140,000 users, and is known for its family friendly atmosphere. The website, www.godtube.com is a cousin to www.youtube.com.,that presents material from many Christian ministries. The site www.mychurch.org is a social networking site for church communities. Does your
church happen to be one of the 30,000 churches registered? So, what’s your critique? Give us at least two cents worth!
